Receiving your bouquet
Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to create and deliver your artificial flowers/bespoke bouquet arrangement. During busy times we may make orders closer to your wedding date, so delivery times may be slightly longer. Please be assured that you are in safe hands, and we will ensure that you receive your bouquets before your required date. If you need your bouquets urgently, please contact us, and we will endeavour to fit you in.
Deliveries will be attempted between Monday – Friday 8am - 6pm. Courier tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch (please check your spam folder if not received). Delivery text alerts are also available, if a mobile number is supplied when ordering.
Signing for an order
Please note that all deliveries from Lily’s Bespoke Bouquets will require a signature. If you are out, parcels may be left with a neighbour. If your delivery was unsuccessful, please rearrange a delivery on the courier’s website, using the details received from their tracking information email, or calling card. Please check that you receive the correct number of parcels, and that they appear to be undamaged, before signing for them. Any damages or shortages, must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. The final delivery charge will be calculated during the checkout process. Charges will depend on the order value and location.
Delivery
Once we have completed lovingly crafting our artificial flowers to match your selected design, we review our work and send you a photograph for your approval. Once you have agreed your design, we will despatch your order, using a DPD 24 hour delivery service.
UK Delivery
All bouquets destined for UK mainland are dispatched using a DPD 24-hour courier service.
